Most of the wood that is used to build Old Hickory furniture and to produce its veneers has always come from the Tennessee Valley, where it grows in abundance. More recently, though, reclaimed wood furniture has become a very popular medium, both because it is considered "green," as no trees are felled to obtain the wood, and because of the beauty of the rustic, old, weathered timber. Many of the items we now sell are produced from these weathered timbers and beams reclaimed from old barns and structures throughout the midwest.

When you purchase a piece of Old Hickory furniture, you pay half down, and the remainder upon shipment. The shipping is free to any location in the lower 48 states. For shipment to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, please give us a call and we'll quote the cost to you. Timing from placing the order to its delivery generally runs from three to eight weeks. Keep in mind these pieces are made to order, so it takes a bit longer. There is no sales tax as we are in Montana, and it will be shipped via Motor Freight.
